2010 MYO / MMAMTA Pre-Collegiate Concerto Competition

We are pleased to offer a concerto competition in cooperation with MMAMTA. This year’s competition will take place on Saturday, February 27, 2010 from 6-10pm in Whitmore Recital Hall on the MU Campus. Applications are due February 20, 2010.

The competition is offered in two categories: piano and instrumental. We have a list of approved repertoire available below. If you wish to perform a piece that is not listed on the approved list, please email Carrie Turner, director of MYO for approval.

Winners of the concerto competition will perform their piece with MYO on the spring 2010 concert on April 18th.
